Terms and Conditions of Sale

Metal Morphosis requires a minimum Internet order of $10.

Delivery Policy

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

Shipping Options
We ship via UPS and offer Ground ,Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select options. Ground service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally via DHL. When placing an order, enter your city, country and postal code in the appropriate fields. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of the cost via email prior to being charged for your order. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Order Status
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email. Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items Unfortunately, we run out of stock from time to time. Please check back on a weekly basis as merchandise is updated.

Returns Policy

Online Returns or Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our wares. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise for refund within 15 days when accompanied by your original receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

About Metal Morphosis Products:
Our products are unique, limited handcrafted and handmade collectibles. Each piece is made from 100% lead-free pewter or sterling silver. Slight imperfections are a part of handmade crafts, so some variations should be expected. All food service products are FDA approved and safe for serving, but are not recommended for the dishwasher.

Wholesale Ordering Requirements:
Minimum opening order: $150.00 Minimum reorder: $150.00 Due to high demand and the ability to offer product protection, customers are required to maintain their protected status by ordering at least once every six months.

Wholesale Payment Terms:
Orders are prepaid or Net 30 with approved credit. MC/VISA/American Express established accounts may apply for credit after initial order. Contact Metal Morphosis for a credit application. Metal Morphosis will no longer call for credit card numbers, the order must have a credit card number at the time of receipt or it will not be processed. You can request for a credit card number to be kept on file. Terms are Net 30 from ship date. Metal Morphosis will not entertain credit requests greater than Net 30. A 2% finance charge per month will be added to accounts over 60 days (24% annually). Absolutely no goods will be shipped to past due accounts until the account is brought to current status. Accounts will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees.
